MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
1. ERP & MES System
ERP System:
– Search BOM: Bill of Material
– Routing Check (Standard of Assy between MES & ERP)
– Work Order Release & Error Check
– Check Inventory quantity
– Confirm Material Request
– Transaction Status of Material/WIP
– Key in Production Plan
– Release PR: Purchase Request
– Cancel PR
– Transaction (Receiving and Issue) and Scrap for Finish Good
– Transaction (Receiving and Issue) and Scrap for RAW Material
MES System: Check Production Qty of each stations and yield
2. Material Forecast, Planning
– Base on production plan for next coming months to calculate real material demand to align Supply Plan with Customer
– Align Supply Plan with Customer
– Check CMP (Capacity Master Plan)
– Check Daily Shipping Quantity
– Check Daily Production Quantity
– Check CTB (Clear To Build: RAW Material status summary)
– Establish of Daily & Monthly Plan for Production line
3. Report & others
Monthly/ daily report to internal & outside organization, also with other request for leadership team.

Knowledge:
• Electrical product; Part by Part Order; Demand Planning; Supply chain management; Inbound Logistics; Inventory Management; Oracle, G-ERP System
Experience/Education:
• Graduated from University
• Creative thinking; proactive, result-driven, problem solving & decision making
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written in English
• Sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn and work
• Good office computer skill (MS office, website)
